At Infinity Store Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging.
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@infitystore.store.
  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for the return.
  3. Attach clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
  4. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Infinity Store Co.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
